When you contact VerveVista through this site, book a workflow review, or use the calculator, we collect the details you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number and information about your business — along with basic technical data like your IP address and browser type for security and analytics purposes.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, schedule workflow reviews, deliver the automation systems we build, and improve this website. We do not sell your data, and we only share it with the sub-processors strictly required to run our voice, scheduling and notification workflows.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted.
